For Atanas Rusev, CEO: Atanas is a great professional with wide experience range. He showed both expertise and adaptability in our common work. During our projects he had to deal with fast ongoing changes from customer side, adaptation to different platforms and develop several new SW modules. He wrote as well several instruction manuals and specifications – all of them with great detail and according to the best practices. He is a fast learner, accepts corrections and seeks explicit internal reviews aiming for best quality. Most of this work was done while investigating and designing new solutions from scratch. I highly recommend working with him.
For Atanas Rusev, CEO: Atanas is a great person to work with. He has excellent communication skills and is always focusing on the project objectives. In the project we worked on (a C++ based Embedded Lidar Device) I was the main contact person and task distribution responsible. He had the task of developing a complete set of tests for a C++ Template based library. In addition he has taken part in task distribution and estimations, emphasized keystones in the workflow, and helped actively for the proper quotation of the project. Later, during the course of work, he initiated more than half of the project internal documentation for our team and developed standard procedures documents. He was involved in permanent communication with customer’s engineers and reported several additional bugs in the SW architecture, some of which were not directly related to his work. He is highly result oriented and presented technical skills and devotion to the development of proper test code. I recommend him as a person willing to learn, interact and propose proactive solutions to emerging problems in projects.
